Since appearing in the 2015 autumn and winter fashion week in New York, Hu Yuanyuan and her personal name brand Vivienne Hu have come to prominence.

The young designer worked in Wall Street's famous investment bank, and her style is also full of professional women's ability and toughness.

Asymmetrical design, material mixture and neat lines are Hu Yuanyuan's iconic style.

White, pure black, gray, coffee and other low-key colors are also very suitable for the daily wear of women in the workplace. "Because women in New York want to be forgotten in the workplace," Hu Yuanyuan's experience of Wall Street has made her very clear about the needs of the target audience. But Vivienne Hu does not encourage the image of "strong woman". She will add feminine details such as folds, hollows, embroidery, and even Chinese style buttons.

On the fabric, Vivienne Hu inherited American pragmatism and used comfortable and mild material to enable women to dress freely.

Hu Yuanyuan, who was born in Hefei, China, went to Germany to study finance after graduating from high school. After a year's master's degree at the American State University, he became a consultant in the famous investment bank of Wall Street.

It was a good job, but after 3 years of work, she resigned and applied for the Parsons Institute of design in New York.

After graduation, she went to the famous brand Yigal Azrouel and Oscar de laRenta as assistant for design. Then she founded her own brand Vivienne Hu.

Vivienne Hu now has two lines, one is customization, the other two is clothing, and a second tier brand that is much younger and sells for less than 100 dollars.

Hu Yuanyuan said that the life and work experience of the three continents made her design have European elegance, the fashion and Oriental tradition of lower New York.

Now Hu Yuanyuan often returns to China, set up a design studio in China, and plans to open another design and production line in China to explore more local young designers.

The important channel for Vivienne Hu to sell in New York is the buyer shop, which is still in the exploratory stage in China.

Hu Yuanyuan is also looking for opportunities for cooperation in China so that more Chinese women can wear Vivienne Hu's work. Her fashion dream is just beginning.

Where Does Designer Inspiration Come From? From Behind The Vegetable Market!

The way designers look for inspiration is also strange. Some people cut holes in paper to play with clouds, while others like to fiddle with colorful fruits and vegetables.
