After listening to the report, president Yu fully affirmed the school's work in document processing and archival construction, and hoped that the relevant staff would have a new improvement in the new year's work. President Yu believes that scientific, standardized and orderly document processing and archives management are related not only to the normal work of schools, but also to the management level and external image of schools, or the need for schools to strengthen internal governance and promote the construction of modern university system.

The archives should do well in the training of part-time archivists, strengthen the management of archives, collect and compile the historical data of Chengdu Medical College, combine the construction of archives with the construction of school history, and prepare for the construction of the history museum; members of the office and part time archivists should fulfill their duties, keep pace with the times, improve their working ability, and achieve good results in the coming year.
