Luoyang Museum Spreads The Culture And Charm Of Tang Dynasty Costume

The museum, together with the Luoyang Traditional Culture Research Association, held a rehabilitation exhibition called "the dress style of the Tang Dynasty pottery figurines" in the central hall of the Luoyang Museum.
More than 20 actors dressed in Tang Dynasty costumes, according to the shape of pottery figurine in the exhibition panels, or flute Zheng ensemble, or dance, or string singing.
Recreate a picture of the Tang Dynasty for the audience.
The event was hosted by the Luoyang Museum and co sponsored by the Luoyang Traditional Culture Research Association. It restored a part of the collection of the pottery figurine of the Tang Dynasty in the collection of Luoyang Museum.

It also combines musical instruments, dance, piano songs and wedding ceremony in Tang Dynasty.
The activities were opened by two groups of Tang Dynasty music and dance figurines. After explaining the cultural background and dress features, the actors showed flute, zither ensemble "spring river flower moonlight night", and two girls holding U fans with half arms and skirts, dancing and graceful, with a clear voice and curling sleeves.
The next two men wearing a round collar shirt also interpreted the famous poet Li Bai's "Guan Shan Yue" in the form of Qin songs.
A wedding ceremony in the Tang Dynasty brought the whole activity to a climax.
Under the introduction of the two commentators, the actors presented the procedures of the wedding ceremony in the Tang Dynasty, such as the fan, the bathroom, the jail, the gang, the hair and so on.
It embodies the beauty of Chinese costumes and the flourishing of etiquette. The whole show is finished in the cheerful wedding ceremony.
This activity combines the cultural relics with historical materials, enriches the artistic form to restore the life scenes of the people at that time, and makes the silent relics glow with new vitality, so that the audience can understand the Tang culture more realistically.
This activity is a bold exploration and attempt of the social education work of Luoyang Museum, hoping to make more people feel more deeply.
