New Passport Photo With New Standard

According to the introduction, the new version of the People's Republic of China ordinary passport will be opened in batches in the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government this year.

The quality and security of the new passports are close to the international standard.

When the passport is issued, the personal data, including the photo of the holder, is printed once and replaced the original photo sealing method.

This practice will effectively prevent the counterfeiting and alteration of passports.

The exit and Entry Administration Department of the public security organs hereby reminds the passport applicant to note that the photos of the new passport must be straight sided frontal, bareheaded, colored, single person, half body certificate photo, glossy photo paper, background color is white or light blue; the photos of white clothing should be in a light blue background color, and the best use of white background in other garments; the portrait should be clear, rich in level and natural in appearance.

Public servants are not wearing standard clothing, and children are not wearing red scarves.

The photo size is 48 mm * 33 mm, the head width is 21 mm -24 mm, and the head length is 28 mm -33 mm.

It is understood that a one-time snapshot or remake that does not meet the above requirements.
