At the exhibition of textile fabrics and accessories (Qiu Dong), the exhibition hall of Haidong Qingxin New Material Group Co., Ltd. has a unique area to show visitors the daily necessities such as garments, home textiles, decorations (murals, wallpaper, screens) made of woven fabrics.

Haidong Qingxin new material group is located in Jinjiang, Fujian, which integrates the development, production and sales of nonwoven materials and chemical fibers, and its business is growing rapidly. In June this year, it was allowed to be listed in Hongkong.

The group produces advanced Functional Nonwovens and chemical fibers by reproducing raw materials with environmental protection: non-woven materials have different functions, including waterproofing, washable, filtration, high elasticity and shock absorption, and are widely used in manufacturing footwear products, clothing, sandwich, handbags and trunk interlayer, home decoration and filters and other raw materials;

The products on display are all made of nonwovens, compared with traditional fabrics.

Appearance

There is no difference between the products. The dyeing and printing effect of the products is good. However, the nonwoven fabric has the characteristics of short process cycle, less labor, less energy consumption and high output, which greatly reduces the production cost. And according to the product uses, the fabrics are respectively given special functions such as flame retardance, UV protection, wear resistance, moisture absorption and sweat perspiration.

"Environmental protection has always been the fundamental concept of our products. All of our raw materials come from abandoned plastic bottles." Cai Jian, deputy director of Haidong Qingxin new material group technology center, said: "green environmental protection is the driving force for our enterprises to take the technological production line. This year, it has just passed the environmental certification of SCS Recycled, and has become the first nonwoven material enterprise in China to pass the certification."

The advantages of nonwovens are obvious. It is also an inevitable trend for non-woven fabrics to go into all walks of life by conquering all kinds of technical problems.
