Jinjiang Shoe Enterprises

When

Recruitment difficulties

When it has become an impossible fact, how can we minimize this impact?

Jinjiang shoe enterprises

A problem that must be faced directly.

In order to solve such a problem, many enterprises began to turn their attention to the labor export place and move some simple processes to these places.

Will this method gradually expand in the industry and become a general trend in the industry? Or is it a short-term response to the actual situation of individual enterprises? What problems do other enterprises need to solve if they want to adopt such a way? For these problems, the "industry hall" has invited experts from footwear enterprises and academies to explore this topic.

Industrial matching

Information communication is a hindrance.

Reporter: we know that the most fundamental reason for many enterprises to choose a relatively simple process similar to that of the surface processing in Jiangxi and Sichuan is to recruit workers.

What do you think is the biggest hindrance to enterprises?

Zhang Jiameng: I think it's information communication.

Although all kinds of communication tools are developed now, many problems still can not be solved by telephone.

For example, there are some problems in the production process.

If it is processed locally, it may be that as long as the technical personnel of the enterprise have looked at it in the past, they can see where the problem is and can solve it in time. But if they are put in the field, there is no way to do that.

To solve this problem, the key lies in the need for partners to have a more mature and stable workforce, and the products we provide to each other are also relatively stable on models. We can not make this model today and do that product tomorrow.

The more models, the greater the chance of problems.

Compared with this problem, I think others are like

Logistics cost

Such factors are relatively easy to solve.

Xu Lian Tan: personally, the biggest obstacle is the relatively imperfect industry matching.

What should we do if there is a problem in the process of production? If it happens to be half done, the storage of a material is just gone, what should we do? Many problems may not be a problem in Jinjiang, but it can be solved by a phone call. However, putting it outside will affect the whole production progress of the enterprise.

Common practice in difficult industries

Reporter: in your opinion, will the relocation of part of the process become a trend in the development of the industry?

Zhang Jiameng: there are bound to be more and more enterprises trying this kind of practice, but how much influence can eventually be formed in the industry, it is hard to say at the moment.

The reason is simple: to really take this approach, we need to solve many problems, such as profit sharing.

The reason why our processing base in Jiangxi can operate in a short time is largely due to the close relationship between the two parties.

Many of the machines there were pferred from us at a very low price, and the price of the other side also gave us a reasonable price.

But I think this relationship can not be met and is not universal.

It would be more difficult for other peers to copy this pattern.

Ding Sien: the choice of putting the processing base outside is nothing more than alleviating the plight of recruitment difficulties. But I think this dilemma is not only faced by Jinjiang, but the whole labor-intensive industries are facing such problems.

In the short term, enterprises may choose to put processing bases in areas where labour resources are still abundant at present, but with the development of industries in these areas, labour resources will definitely become scarce.

Therefore, I think that in the short term, this approach may alleviate the production pressure to a certain extent, but it will be more difficult to spread to the whole industry.

Gan man Tang: although it is only a consideration that some enterprises have put some of the processes into play, in a sense, this may represent a trend: the trend of the overall shift of labor-intensive industries.

There are several factors that must be considered when choosing a landing area for labor-intensive industries, such as land cost and labor cost.

With the further development of coastal economy, the increase of land cost and labor cost is inevitable.

At that time, those labor-intensive industries are bound to move to places where the cost of operation is lower. This is a necessity, just as the sports shoes industry moved from Japan and Korea to Taiwan, and then from Taiwan to mainland China's coastal areas.

However, such pfers must be carried out step by step.

Now the phenomenon of individual enterprises can only be a symptom, but in the short term, it is very difficult to form a common practice in the industry.
